Hello @Marshall123 you can find your PUK1 code by logging in to your My EE account online and navigating to My EE Mobile>Manage device.

To confirm is is asking for a PUK1 to unblock your SIM card or a NUC to unlock the device to use on a different network?
You only get three attempts to enter a PIN1 code correctly then ten attempts to enter the PUK1 code after. If you have entered the PUK1 code incorrectly ten times your SIM card is permanently blocked and you need to request a new one over the phone, online or in store.
