Phone number hasn't changed

 Hi I have came to ee from Giffgaff I got my Pac code talked to someone about changing my number. I used my old with my old number which was still active with air time credit on. My phone number has changed but on my settings under 'my number it still displays my old number and automatically uses that number when I sign up for things 😕 (the old number is an ee number if any help)

Hello @Antonio01 what phone do you have?

 

You may be able to change it in the phones settings menu or you can request a SIM refresh through customer service on 150 from an EE mobile or landline or 07953 966 250 from any other to correct the number displayed. 🙂
