Hi,
I've just arrived in Switzerland and my phone won't work. I've enabled roaming before, I used it in Greece in August.
I've tried ringing support on my wife's phone but it seems it's closed? What terrible support.
How do I get this fixed?

Where you can find option Roaming abroad
Click on allowed .
Hopefully it will work for you.

Hi, thanks for the tip.
Seems somehow it has been turned off but I can't turn it back on. It says blocked, you cannot change this.
Any idea?

Managed get someone from ee this morning and apparently when they moved from PAYG to paym they put me on some sort of restrictive plan that doesn't allow roaming. I wasn't told I was being put on such a restrictive plan or I would have never moved.
Thankfully they're moving me back to PAYG so hopefully should be fixed soon.
That's some really shady selling practices by ee

Welcome to the EE Community.
I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to use your phone abroad.
New pay monthly accounts sometimes require a deposit to activate roaming.

Well that wasn't an option given to me. My wife has had her contact as long as me and her phone works just fine. The only difference is she signed up in store and I did so over the phone.
The guy I spoke to this morning said moving back to PAYG would make my phone work here in Switzerland but it's not come back to life. I'm quickly losing patience with ee.
