PAYG Call Allowance down to 50 minutes - only one short call made
Please can someone help.
I currently have a £5 PAYG Everything Pack, which gives 100 minutes of call time for a month and there are 16 days left until this renews. I'm not a big phone user, and I have only made one call of less than 2 minutes since my last top up, which is showing on my itemised usage history. However, the call allowance is currently down to 50 minutes. The call was to a standard UK landline, and as far as I know should not have used up 50 minutes of call time.
