Osprey device not working


my Osprey pocket wifi stopped working the other day. It keeps saying that I need to sign into the network via the web brower which its never done before. When it takes me there though it just keeps telling me that I still have data on my account, I'm just not actually able to use any of it. It's been like this for a few days now and I've tried resetting the device, but that doesn't work either.
