Hi all. Needed to top up my wife's Orange payg phone but card is out of date. Called into an EE shop to ask the question. Was told to phone 150 and ask for a new card and SIM.
That cost the norm 25p however I was told to go to an EE shop and they would do it. Just no help at all.
Question please How do i obtain a new top up card or a SIM plus card for EE transferring the current phone number and balance.
Thought at the end of the day it may be easier to change to an other provider!. Any constructive help please. Thanking you in anticipation.

An EE top-up card, which you can get from an EE shop, will work on an Orange SIM.
Or you may Move to EE pay as you go .
