Order not received

I paid my order since 9th January and I haven't received it so far, I called customer service and they told me to pick up the SIM card in a store, but I don't have time to do so and the stores are not near to my house, can you please tell me when the "EE PAYG 4G Multi SIM" is going to arrive to my house? I currently don't have mobile services because I'm waiting for the new SIM card to switch mobile company.
