Oops tracking has timed out error message

I ordered the iPhone X today at 10:30 and got the confirmation email saying my order was on its way. However I have tried tracking yet I keep getting the timed out error message?

Have you tried speaking to customer services to look further into this for you?

 

It can take 24 hours for the order process to be completed.

Hi Lee,


I have got in touch and they have just told me to keep trying. However in my confirmation email and when I originally phoned up to confirm my details I was told that it would be delivered to my nearest store tomorrow 25/01/2018.
