I can't use the most of the features online, when I am logged in, it says:
Sorry, you don't have access to this page. Ask your account holder.
I assume I have to link my emal address up?
I have a tmobile account however it won't let me use the same email
Can you help please? Thanks 🙂

@cazzy25: Call EE to delete your old a/c. Then you can create your new a/c afresh.
