Not receiving text messages?

I've just added a new line to my contract but I'm unable to recieve text messages. Please could someone tell me what I need to do? Thanks

Is your message centre number +447958879879 for EE?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Hi thanks for getting back to me so quickly ! I think I know why it wasn't
working, i had to take out a new SIM as I added another line and I put that
into my new phone which has a new number on it when I should have put my
original sim in it ! I'm getting texts now
