Not received new SIM which was ordered 28/08 and have no phone to call customer

I ordered a brand new SIM on 28th August and require it for a newly purchased 4G iPhone. My previous mobile battery is dead hence I ordered this, and unable to phone the customer service to chase the order. Is ere anyoe who can trace this for me and communicate to me via e-mail?
