I've been without signal now for about 1 hour, no sign of 4g but 3g is constantly flashing, i've logged in and my allowance has expired?
Can't see why as by my understanding i have 33Gb left and we are still in October.
Anyone else suffering this, EE under a hack attack to wipe data allowance off customer accounts?
