I am unable to access any service when abroad. We recently upgraded the phone and it has now stopped working. I should now have use of my minutes and text abroad but have nothing . Thanks

Hello @Hwhiteley sorry to hear you are having problems using your phone abroad. What phone do you have? Have you restarted the phone since landing? Try a manual network search and connecting to another local roaming network if possible. 🙂

Hello @Hwhiteley thank you for confirming. Has roaming been enabled on your account? You can check by logging in to MYEE online and navigating to MYEE>manage device. You can also try a network reset by tapping settings>general>reset>reset network settings (you will have to re-enter WiFi passwords after). 🙂

So I can try and help, please may I get you to perform a manual network search and choose a network other than what you are on.
Please also can I get you to try and ring using 0044.
Also go to Settings - phone - dial assist (please untoggle it, if it is green)
If these do not work, please let me know if you are using an EE personal or business account.
