Hello, recently put an order in for a galaxy S8 with gear VR bundle on sunday at around 12pm. A confirmation email was recieved however there was no second email with a link to the tracking page. After finding it myself I saw that the order was on "order awaiting confirmation" checked a today and it is still on awaiting confirmation. No texts have been recieved either. Given that it has been 3 working days since the order was placed I'm beginning to get worried about the progress of my order, maybe I am inpatient. I understand there is a number to use to query these things however I am unable to phone at this time. Are any staff able to help via private message? Many thanks.

Appreciate the response but I am unable to phone at the moment. I've seen people on here with the same query be private messaged by staff to resolve the issue that way though. If it could be done that way that would be brill.

The link has been saying the service chat is busy for since yesterday. Don't know if it is a glitch or not but I assume it's just because it is a busy time of year. Many thanks for your help anyways.
