Need to make a complaint

MY signal was off over Christmas and they exspect me to top up again

@Lauren1231  Give customer services a call and explain what’s happened and if your nice enough they’ll probably give you extra credit.   But it is worth remembering that no network  guarantees a signal 24/7 and also was this just in one location?  


And did you try a network reset on the device?
