Need only PAYG, not a repeating Pack

I am a Carer for a lady with mental and physical problems.

I need constant capability for contact both ways.

We both have EE mobiles since that is all we can have in this area.

I bought two new EE £1 SIM cards from local Tesco and topped up both by £5.

It seems I have bought a Data + Talk pack which costs £1/week.

This equates to £104/year which I cannot afford.

How do I convert both to simple PAYG?

Re: Need only PAYG, not a repeating Pack

Hi @fopetesl

Text STOP PACK to 150 and it should revert to standard PAYG when the pack next expires.

Thanks

Re: Need only PAYG, not a repeating Pack

Hi, @Northerner.

Looks like an excellent suggestion.

I sent texts from both phones and got a reply to send YES to confirm.

Also a follow up stating, as you said, PAYG will start at end of current £1 period.
