System up time
The past few days the Wi-Fi has been very slow and unusable on my phone and Xbox consel. Anyone know the reason why and how I can improve the speed?

You BB is v. slow. You should be getting about 15 Meg sync speed. What were your speed estimates from EE at sign-up?
