My visa has expired and I have to leave the country soon. I have been diligent in paying my phone bill, but I have 6 months left of my contract. I am unable today the fee to leave early, and I can't in good conscience leave without paying something.
I have also noticed that I signed a contract for 12 months (I signed December 2017, and it now states it expires Dec 2019??). I was expecting to pay until August 4th, and pay the leaving fee. Now that I have bought a ticket home, I dont have the funds to pay anything!
The only thing I can suggest is to call customer service on 150 and explain the situation.
You may be able to continue paying your contract on a monthly basis (like you have always done, once you get back home to whichever Country that is). But EE customer service will be able to advise you better on this.
