My travel data Pass has stopped working?!!

Registered for travel data Pass when I landed in Turkey on Saturday. Been working a treat then allr of a sudden hasn’t refreshed today and it’s been a massive inconvenience. Not happy!

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

If not, can you try selecting a different network manually?

Tried different network manually. Just stayed as ‘No Service’

Tried restarting my phone in the first instance but that didn’t work either.

I have an iPhone 7 Plus.

The data Pass worked without any issues for the last 4 days. Only stopped today

I have been in the same location today. I’m using the Turkcell network, which I’ve used from the beginning of my stay on Saturday.

I manually selected the Vodafone turkey network
But that didn’t bring any signal

I can’t find the customer service link on My EE. I was logged in before.
Besides my internet connection via the hotel WiFi is incredibly slow so pretty useless for a online chat. Can the tech team call me?

It was never fixed. Returned to the UK 3 days after the issue.
