My top up hasn’t registered

Can any one help me as I’m stranded no where and used last bit of money to top up on my credit card to phone my parents to pick me up

Try restarting your phone. 

 

Also what does it say when you text BA to 150?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Were you able to follow the advice of @Northerner?

 

After restarting the phone, texting BA to 150 would show you if the top up has now completed.

I'd recommend speaking with out customer services team who will be able to access your account and find out what has happened with your top up.
