How do i get my Pay as you go sim card replaced?? Its got over £30 credit on it. EE said they would replace it. Ive been waiting nearly 3 weeks!! Great customer service EE

Go to an EE shop for a replacement SIM of correct size for free or order a replacement SIM online at https://explore.ee.co.uk/Order-a-new-SIM for £1.50.

A new SIM card should only take 2-5 working days to arrive.
Please get in touch with customer services so we can check we have your correct address.
Alternatively, you can pick up a new SIM in any EE store.
