My discount isn't working?

When I started my new EE contract I had bought my number from a previous EE pay as you go card and they said that would entitle me to 20% off my bill every month (65.99) so it would come to about £53 and I'm not getting the discount I was promised? Shall I go instore or is there another way to deal with this? Any help is appreciated!

1st please check here

If you can see any discount on your account. 

If You can't find discount then you need to Get in Touch -with EE customer services you can do this via live chat clicking on the get in touch page pressing on +EE

or calling 150 from EE or 07953 966 250 from any other provider.

Did you take out the pay monthly plan in an EE store or a third party retailer?
