I was on 60 gb data allowance a month now showing 120 gb a month ?

Have you upgraded your account recently?

 

It could also be a reporting bug, does the EE app and your online account report the same data allowance?

Must be an error on the app, just logged into my account online and it' giving me the original contract details, just hope I am not been charged extra as I have not applied for the extra data showing on the app

The app, should have known.

 

If you have an android phone close the app down, go into settings - application manager, find the EE app and clear the cache/data. Then log in again and hopefully that should have solved the issue. If not check again after 9am tomorrow.

You havn't recently removed the Apple Music free streaming add-on by any chance have you?

 

The My EE app showed mine data as been doubled as well once I removed that add-on last week.

We've reported this issue to the My EE team.

 

You won't be charged any extra as your data allowance remains the same despite it showing incorrectly in My EE.
