My EE Account - Tehnical Issues

I have been trying to log on to my MY EE account for over a week. It lets me put in my number and password then says there are technical issues so I can't log in. When is this going to be fixed?

Hi, 

 

  • Try another browser. 
  • If that fails, call EE and ask them to delete your account and this will allow you to register again.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

I have tried using other browsers. As for deleting my account and re-registering, I don't think I will bother. Have been questioning my decision to stay with EE for a long time - since they took over Orange I can't even get a signal in my own house and signal intermittent elsewhere too. This is the final straw that broke the camel's back. Off to pastures new!
