So my data was suppose to reset on the 9th March, but it's the 12th March now and my data still registers as still not reset. My last bill was registered out on the 24th February and was taken out on the 5th March, but apparently my data won't reset until the 24th March. Is there any particular reason why the bill is being produced way earlier than it should be, and why my data won't reset?
Any help would be most appreciated, thanks

Your allowances will always reset around the same time your monthly bill is generated.
You mentioned the 24th being the date you bill is issued, this is the date your allowances reset as well.
