Monthly charge is different in MYEE

Hi there,

I took out a sim only deal yesterday in the january sale deal and was told in store that it would be £24.99 but now when i sign into MYEE it says £41.99 is this correct, is the discount applied each month? Im a bit confused as its double what i currently pay with my other provider and i definiteluy dont want to pay £41.99 a month for this service.

Thanks in advance.

Ben

Hi @bennyali

Thanks for coming here to see us 🙂

Please wait until your billed as @Northerner says and the discount should be applied at that point.

Let me know if this isn't the case as and when that happens.

Happy New Year

Re: Monthly charge is different in MYEE

Hi,

Did you not establish if the contract included and discounts before agreeing it in store?

Any discounts will be applied when you are billed and may show under add ons.

Thanks
