Mobile purchase

Is there a way without speaking to a customer service agent that i can make an app purchase when i signed up for my contract it was turned off and now i need to make a purchase the app wont let me please help i am a pay monthly customer and understand it will be on my next bill i just need to activate it

You need to speak to CS for that. You can't do it online.
