Mobile Data not working?

I have recently brought a new sim only deal with 5gb of mobile data. The phone i am trying to use the mobile sim with is an iphone 6s however it is not working. My texts , calls and free trial of apple music is all working but my data wont. Can you help

Make sure there's no Vodafone profiles left on the iPhone.  Go to Settings>General>Profile.  If there is anything in there, it needs deleting by clicking on each profile and then hit the 'Delete Profile' button.

 

After doing this you need to turn off your iPhone and then turn it back on again.

Please can I get you to try a network settings reset.

 

  1. From the home screen, tap Settings.
  2. Scroll down to, then tap General.
  3. Scroll down to, then tap Reset.
  4. Tap Reset Network Settings.
  5. Tap Reset Network Settings to confirm.

Do let me know how you get on with that.

Live chat not working either so can’t contact anyone for support

have you just moved to EE from a different network?  And are you using that networks device now on EE ?  What device do you have ?
