Max Travel Data Plan not working

Hi all,


I am at the start of a 3 week trip around SE Asia and currently on Malaysia. I purchased the Max Travel 500mb of data via text and received all the confirmations etc however it isn’t working. I have taken all the steps to reset roaming and even join networks manually. I know it is a problem with the plan as my friend who I’m travelling with is also on EE but doesn’t have the travel plan, so he purchased 50mb of data normally and it’s working for him. Can anyone help in terms of getting my plan working?
