Lost my top up credit

i put £10 top up on phone with debit card and my £10 has gone my number is xxx i didnt even get to pick a pack want a refund thank

You sure it hasn't auto bought the pack your SIM came with? Text AL to 150 to see if it has a pack. If it says it's stacked text NOW to 150 to start it.
