Logging in, new contract

I had a contract with EE that ended and instead of upgrading I took out a new contract as I got a better deal. I took it out with a 3rd party website (mobilephonesdirect) but I’m still on EE network and ported my number onto the new contract. My problem now is that I can’t log in and see my new contract on My EE, it only shows me the old one that has finished and my final bill. I assumed still being on the network I could manage my bills and usage the same way; looking on the 3rd party website I can’t see anything on there relating to this/saying that I need to log in on that website in particular as it’s literally just an order site, not a network. How will I find out my monthly bills and check my usage, etc now?

Re: Logging in, new contract

Call EE to delete your old MyEE a/c & then create your new 1 afresh on the same mobile no.

Re: Logging in, new contract

Hi and welcome to the community @Kerry2112

As your number will currently be linked to your old account please give customer services a quick call as they will be able to deactivate the old MyEE and allow you to create the new one.

Many thanks,
