Keeping number after upgrade

Hi. Just upgraded to the max plan and got the S9 in the process. I want to keep my number... is it as simple at putting my existing SIM card in to this new phone? I'm not very savvy with all this stuff.

Re: Keeping number after upgrade

Yes, if your existing SIM card fits, after you upgrade you can just carry on using your existing SIM card if you want to.

Re: Keeping number after upgrade

@Youareannoying1, You will keep you number, as that is what upgrade means. Your existing  SIM card should work with your new phone, if you have any problems with your old SIM card, you can request a replacement SIM card either online or in an EE store.

When I got a new phone and upgraded to the max plan, just put my old SIM card in the new phone. Hope this helps.

Morning @Youareannoying1

Thanks for coming back to the community.

I can see you have had some great advice already, does your SIM work in your new phone?

Did you get a new SIM card with the phone?

Thanks, Leanne 🙂
