I can get 3g but not 4g.

How can this be activated.

Hi,

Are you on EE not Orange or Tmobile.

Is Data active under quick settings
Have you 4G active under network settings?
You live in a 4G area (indoors tends to be poorer)

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.
