Just joined EE. Had a MAC from old supplier. Was told EE would not need

Just joined EE.  Had MAC from old company.  Was told by EE that they would deal with transfer as was not offered the option to enter MAC when I signed up.  Got a bill from old supplier who say I am still with them.  How do you at EE intend to deal with as I have stated you said you would deal with process of moving

Who was you old supplier? If it a BT-based ISP then you risk having your BB ceased rather than migrated if the MAC is not used, which will cause you more problems & delays and maybe a cease charge from your old ISP.

Are you now receiving EE BB? How can you be sure of that?
