Is my phone blocked

In Portugal and at first could receive calls and texts only. Could not make calls or send texts.

After trying to sort with EE 

Phone shows empty triangle and x. 

Been like it for two weeks and tried everything. Am I blocked.

Two weeks and still phone & text service blocked in Portugal.

In Portugal. When arrived could receive but not make calls and same with texts. Tried sorting it with EE and now phone completely blocked with no signal. Been like this for two weeks and no further forward with EE.

No service

Two weeks and still no network connection on my phone in Portugal. EE no help.

Hi, 

 

You can either call EE on another phone,  or if you are a pay monthly customer use EE live chat function under the EE section of the contact us page here. (click on the cross next to EE and the live chat function will show availability) 

 

There is no specific account access on these forums.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Thanks for the replies but don't have access to another EE phone. Don't want to risk paying from another phone. Ive activated roaming and checked it on my EE log in site. It is enabled.

in call settings on Android phone, all international calls are disabled - barred. Cant change this on phone. Have tried to access live chat a number of times by logging in to my account. Just never seems to pop up.
Have gone through all the online tech help etc
Have now wasted enough time on it and given up!
