If any chance you got another phone available to check your sim in that please check your sim in that phone.
If that still not work then you need a replacement sim and you can get this calling customer service on 150 from ee or any other provider 0800 079 8586.
Or you can visit any nearest ee store to get a replacement sim.

Visit your nearest EE store where they can sort this out for you.
And you can get same number and any credit back in your replacement sim.
To avoid any hassle make sure you take your any photo id with you.

Are you on EE PAYG? If so when was the last time you made a chargeable call or text on your phone?
