Hi @Drifty.
I'm disappointed to see that you broadband connection is still dropping.
I recommend giving our technical support team a quick call to give them this update. They will then be able to escalate this further.
Please let us know how you get on.
Chris

Fingers crossed that sorts the problem out, @Drifty.
Keep us updated, I'm sure there are a few people on here that would be interested in the outcome.

The Lease Time defaults to Forever. You can only make it shorter!

You sure the XBox is not setting its own IP & therefore lease time? You sure the router has Lease Time = Forever?
Please post verbatim this log msg about lease time up.

Duh! That's a Lease Time of 2 days!
Set it Forever under DHCP.

i'v disable it
18-09-2017 12:47 PM
Disabled what? You can't disable the DHCP or it won't work.

For those who may want to try this login to router http://192.168.1.1 and then go to ADVANCED in broadband setting u see
DNS IP Address it be auto change to manual
then Primary DNS 8.8.8.8
Secondary DNS 8.8.4.4
then click save setting
so far that stop the dns address problem
