we recently moved - the EE service at our old address was very good. Since moving, and allowing nearly a month for it to 'settle' speeds are slow with at least 2-3 drops in service each day.
Mirofilter has been put on. Most recent stats are;
Data rate info: upstream 383, downstream 1999
noise margin upstream6.1 downstream 9.3
line: upstream 0 downstream 53.9
system update is: 01:07:23
downloads speeds showing at 2 - indicative speeds are 80

Also, what does BT Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your phone number? Post just the table and the line above it, blanking out your phone number. If it doesn't recognise your phone number, use the Address Checker, not the Postcode Checker.
