I want to keep my old number for the new phone

My old contract ended and I got a new one but different number and I would like to keep the old one.

If the old contract has been cancelled you've lost that no. It's gone back to EE's pool to be held aside for a while.

Hello @Ralucaa are these both EE contracts? If so why did you cancel the old one and take out a new one instead of upgrading? You keep the same number when you upgrade.


You can try through customer service or Live Chat online depending on how long ago it was they may be able to retrieve the number but it can not be guaranteed:
