I upgraded early online and my track order still says awaiting confirmation.

I upgraded early online as there was a good deal and if I took that plan it waived the upgrade fee. unordered yesterday and all went through however track my order still states awaiting confirmation as it did yesterday at 2:15pm.

 

Any ideas what to do.

@Charly09  You have to allow time for your order to be processed.   If you still needing confirmation give customer services a quick call as they will be able to tell you if the order has gone through.

Ordered had been cancelled by EE but without any notification to myself! livid!!

they have said there's nithingvtgey can do and got to wait till 19th! I'll be cancelleling my contract at the end of the period and going else where

Are you part if the company EE?? Is there anti can do as so far I have no email or information via email regards my order.

I had ordered the Samsung S8.

As of yet I have had no email to say it was cancelled.
I only know as spoke to someone of my own back yesterday.
