Hi, 

 

  • Monthly contract phone or PAYG?
  • Did you port over from another network or is this an upgrade?
  • Did you receive a new sim, or was your original sim used. 

Please provide more information.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 250 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 9pm weekday, 8am to 8pm on weekends.

Monthly contract, upgraded and my original sim was used however i was provided with a new one

You should be able to continue using your old one, if it fits.

 

If it doesn't, please contact customer service and they'll make sure the new one is activated.
