I ordered an EE PAYG sim with a £5 top up but don't have the call credit

I received an EE PAYG sim card for my daughters phone but the  £5 top up credit, which I ordered and have payed for via card payment, hasn't been activated.

 

I have registered the account and there is no history of any credit added to the account.

You're right. The £5 top-up you paid for hasn't been put on your SIM. You'll need to phone CS to sort it out.

Thank you for the customer services contact number, one of the team put the £5 credit onto the phone for me.
