I’m trying to end my contract because I’m moving abroad however pac code doesn’t work on Australia networks, I’m also already abroad in New Zealand so how do I access live chat
Your PAC code will only work in the UK as phone number formats are different.
Live chat can be accessed via your online account or via EE contract page (click on the cross next to EE and the live chat function will be visible) this is only available UK times.

As @Northerner mentioned above, you can only use a PAC to transfer your number to another UK network.
Our disconnections team will be able to change your request to change to pay as you go, if you would like to keep the number.
Alternatively, they will be able to change the request to a standard disconnection (meaning you wouldn't keep the number).
Both options can only be done over the phone. You can find our contact details, including an international number, on the get in touch help page.
