I didn't turn on Roaming when I was leaving the country, and now the roaming doesn't work for my number. How can I turn it on as I still want to use the number. Need urgent help as its important for me to receive some verification texts as well.

Having a roaming allowance does not auto enable roaming on your MyEE a/c. You may still be able to in your online a/c under Manage Devices. If not, you will need to call EE. Use the landline nos. in my sig.

Hello @harism6 you can check if roaming has been enabled on your account by logging in to MYEE online and navigating to MYEE>Manage device:
To enable roaming please call customer service on +447953 966 250 from another phone (lines open at 8am) who have access to accounts and can look in to this for you. If it is an EE personal pay monthly account you can also access Live Chat using one of the ways mentioned in this link:

I can't communicate with them through the chat and if I call them on their UK number it's gonna cost me a lot, is there a way I can communicate through emails or online chat? I don't have the chat option, also the manage devices doesn't work for me, it says it's unable to load the page.
Furthermore, I was paying 14-16 per month for my bundle, I'm not sure if its pay as you go or what but it wasn't direct debit, in order to re-use it, I had to topup.
Let me know what solutions are available.

Did you take out a pay monthly contract with us?
If this is a pay as you go account Roaming would be active for you.
Do you have credit on the account?

I thought you said you topped-up, not pay a bill? How do you pay?

Hello I am in Italy and thought I had set up international calls and texts but when I send a text I just get an error message saying it failed to send the text.
This happens when I try to text an Italian or an English number.
Any help would be appreciated.

So, I can't use roaming as I'm in a contract and my credit rating is poor.
In order to use roamining, I need to cancel my contract then go to Pay As You Go.
Now my question is, if I go to Pay As You Go, do I receive the text messages free and calls free on roaming?

Just to let you know if you are still in contract any cancelation will incur a termination charge.
Currently receiving calls whilst roaming in European countries is still chargeable.
From the 15th June to EU roaming regulations do change and all the details can be found in our handy guide.
