I'm on Pay As You Go and every time I go to buy more data I get an error page. This has never happened before.

When I go to buy more data from http://add-on.ee.co.uk I just get an error message.
I'm on a Pay As You Go sim in a Huawei router.

Hi @Haldon
Sorry to hear this. We are seeing a number of members state there are problems with the roaming addon system and also phoning customer services.
I’ve notified our community manager and will keep you updated.
What error message do you get?

Hey, just jumping in on this - I too cannot get through to the phone guys via 150. It says the office s closed and then gives opening times indicating it should have opened over 2 hours ago. Think someone forgot to press the on button...

"Something went wrong while you were buying your add-on. Please try again. Don't worry - you've not been charged."
That's the message that keeps coming up, but I'm sure it'll all get straightened out.
I guess EE are just having a bad day,

I can’t believe that EE has let me down yet again! I’m unable to call customer services and unable to add on data since yesterday and I’m in NYC, USA! So fix it up or I’m leaving EE but not before I take this matter to Ofcom and the Ombudsman!!!

Same here. Have been trying to buy more data since yesterday and it wont work online and customer services says office is closed! So frustrating and terrible customer care by EE!

Yeah the same here and to add to injuries I tried to call their customer services couldn’t get through and I was still charged and guess what is not working, closed in the middle of their working day!!! Wait until I come back home I will bust them good with Ofcom and the Ombudsman!!!! Absolutely bull**bleep** this ridiculous service and cost a lot for nothing! Due to upgrade but after so many incidents I’m considering to change providers now.

Hello there @Haldon.
Thanks for posting on the community.
We’re aware of an issue affecting a small number of customers.
Our team are currently working on restoring this to full service.
Please keep trying and let me know how you get on.
Thanks, Leanne.

Hi, Leanne_T,
I think it's much larger than a small number of Customers, who've been affected!
XRayspeX pointed that out to me!

Robert ☺
