Almost every time I try to log in to "My EE" it shows processing but, after some time I get a message saying this page is not found. It must be an EE site fault as I don't have problems with any other sites and, every now and then I do get in. Up until September I never had any problems. EE were not able to help me. Any ideas?

I would also try another browser.

What device, OS and browser are you using?
I have just logged in with Chrome on my Android tablet just fine, so EE site is working.

I have the same issue, just posted a thread about it. I have tried clearing everything many times and have tried Edge, Firefox and Chrome on a windows 10 PC and also Safari on IOS. This had been ongoing for a long time. Tech dept couldn't sort it. The app works but you can't get as much info from there as you can from the website (or should be able to if it loaded). No point trying online chat unless you are looking to join EE.

I am so glad (in a way) that it isn't just me. When I talked to them (EE)
they had me do all sorts of cleaning up of everything "since the beginning
of time" my browsing history (annoying) - they then said it was a fault in
my PC as they had me download the app which worked.
I have no other problems of logging on to other Websites....

Thanks Leanne but I have gone down that road a few times and your tech team can't sort it. So frustrating that such a good tech company has these ongoing issues with their website.

Yes that has been done a couple of times and temporarily solved the issue, very briefly before going back to how it was within a day or so. It always seems worse when I have upgraded...strangely. At the minute it is pointless me even trying to access anything.
