I have paid for travel data for a phone my parents have in India but they gave just called saying it’s not working,
will i I still be charged for it

Sorry I hit solution by accident yes I am account holder and no it is still not working.
its just difficult for me as they are in Indian and I am in England

@Rio30 You don’t purchase add ons to enable roaming you activate it by call customer services or by texting ROAMING to 150. You can even enable it from within your online account or the my EE app.
