I have just upgraded and now would like to add an Apple Watch 3 plan

I have just upgraded and now would like to add an Apple Watch 3 plan but I get the following message every time i try to look at the watch palns "just so you know, we’re unable to let you upgrade or get another phone yet." How long do I need to wait before being able to add this plan?

@pauleo333   You can not do a add to plan online you need to go to a store or call customer services to do this.   What your trying to do is upgrade or take out a new line on your account and at present EE will

not let you do that but that’s not what you want to do as you want a add to plan and thats a store visit or call a customer services.
