Re: I can't verify my EE account. The email never comes through

Hello @FraserWest sorry to hear you are having trouble completing the registration process for MYEE, check any junk/spam folders in your email to see if it has been sent there by mistake. If not please call customer service on 150 from your EE phone or 07953 966 250 from any other who can check/register the account for you.

If you are a personal pay monthly customer on an EE plan you can also browse the pages on http://ee.co.uk and click the popup box when available to speak to live chat. 🙂

I am experience the same problem. I tried to call but as I don't have credit I can't get any assistance. I check my spam and no we mail. I've been trying to verify my email for around 3 hours

@Jcmenhin. Sorry to say this but you need to call as live chat is only for contract customers not payg customers.

So I will need to top up on my account to get support help as the service of verifying the email is not working properly? And because of this I can't really choose a plan through the website or app.

Hi @Jcmenhin and welcome to the Community.

I understand your frustration, unfortunately you will have to call customer services to investigate your My EE issue.

You can pop over to our EE Packs page as this will give you all information on how to get a pack etc.

Many thanks,

Lee
