I can only connect when on wifi. On 3G however I can connect to all my other apps. It's just safari. It comes up with a message of 'safari cannot open page because your iPhone is not connected to the internet'. I have tried to reset network settings. This has not worked

@Yasminemillen On this image do you have the top toggle on ? And to enable Safari just toggle the toggle next to Safari. This image is just to show what should be on and it’s not showing the correct app for Safari.

@Yasminemillen Go to Settings>Mobile data and make sure the toggle is on. ( green)

@Chris_B Ah didn't realise you needed to turn mobile data on in order to change the toggle. Thanks 🙂

@Yasminemillen That toggle at the top has to be on all the time to use cellular data if it’s off your not going to use cellular data at all, that toggle is the master control toggle that will turn off cellular data all together.
